Kim Calhoon joined The Bank as a commercial lender at its 2655 S. Campbell Ave. location. Her responsibilities include developing new relationships and servicing current loan portfolios. She has more than 11 years of banking experience and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State College.
Casey Pyle joined Great Southern Bank as a commercial loan officer. He is responsible for commercial and new business development lending in the Springfield market. He holds a bachelor's degree from Southwest Missouri State University.
Financial
Bob Chancellor and Troy Compton were appointed to the board of directors for Freedom Financial Group. Both are former certificate investors in Stevens Financial Group, now Freedom Financial Group Inc. They join board members Gary Lipscomb, Vern Schweigert and Jerry Fenstermaker. Chancellor most recently served on the Springfield City Council. He is a native of southwest Missouri and a graduate of SMSU. Compton has 28 years of experience in management with Montgomery Ward and served as chairman of the City Utilities Citizens Advisory Council.
Kenneth Homan joined Springfield Trust Company as a vice president and portfolio manager. He has 19 years of experience managing investment portfolios and holds a degree in finance from SMSU.
Health care
Jason Markham joined St. John's Health System as Regional Medicine of the Ozarks vice president. He oversees business operations and strategy for St. John's rural clinics. He holds a master of business administration degree in health care administration from Texas Tech University and an undergraduate degree from West Texas A & M University.
Sandi Moore is the new supervisor of workers' compensation/employee health at St. John's. She works with employee health staff and St. John's occupational medicine physicians to assist injured co-workers with necessary evaluation and treatment. She has been with St. John's since 1996.
Human resources
Anita Smith joined the city of Republic as human resources director. She holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from SMSU and a master's degree in human resources development from Webster University.
Marketing
George Freeman was named executive director of Springfield's Best Inc., a not-for-profit association of locally owned, independent businesses. His previous experience includes work as editorial page editor at The Springfield News-Leader and CEO of Ozarks Public Television.
Sales
Todd R. Carter joined Boundless Interactive Media as national sales director. Responsibilities include developing local and national accounts and managing client activities. He has more than 17 years of sales and management experience.
