Don Cowherd was named president of The Bank's location at 2144 E. Kearney St. He has more than 25 years of experience in banking, and has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Missouri.
Judy Spencer was named senior vice president of The Bank's Kearney location. She has 34 years of experience in banking.
Keith Noble was promoted to manager, commercial banking division of Commerce Bank's Springfield region. He is responsible for managing the commercial banking and Treasury services departments. He joined the company in 2002 and has 24 years of banking experience. Noble has a bachelor's degree in finance from Southwest Missouri State University and a master's degree in business administration from Drury University.
Education
Steven Bishop was named dean of allied health programs at Ozarks Technical Community College. He has a master's degree from SMSU and a doctorate from the University of Missouri. Bishop previously served as the director of OTC's respiratory therapy program.
Mark De Fusco was named president and CEO of Vatterott College. He has 20 years of leadership experience in for-profit post-secondary education. He previously served as vice president responsible for developing centers for the University of Phoenix's northeast region.
Health care
Aleta B. Greathouse, MD, joined the staff of Skaggs Community Hospital and is partnering with Dr. John Martinez at Branson Nephrology. She has a medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and is board-certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in nephrology.
Timothy J. Johnson was named president of St. John's Breech Regional Medical Center in Lebanon and will begin June 9. He has a master's degree in health services administration from Southwest Baptist University and a bachelor's degree in nursing from SMSU. He is also a graduate of St. John's School of Nursing and most recently served as chief operating officer at Citizens Memorial Health Care System in Bolivar.
The Family Medical Walk-In Clinic announced the addition of three staff members.
Brian Casey was named a clinic services representative. He has more than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing and has a degree in business management from Missouri Western University. He is responsible for developing new relationships, servicing current clients and expanding the clinic presence in the community.
Valerie Stotlar was named a clinic services representative. She has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and insurance and has a degree in marketing from SMSU. She is responsible for developing new relationships, assisting current clients with their health care needs and increasing awareness of the three clinic locations in the community.
Mike Cagle joined the clinic as an administrative assistant. He has more than nine years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping and has a master's degree in mathematics from SMSU. He is responsible for new employee orientation, end-of-month reporting and administrative support.
