Architecture

ESC Inc. Engineers and Architects recently added three employees.

Debrah Wolfe is a registered land surveyor with 17 years of experience in land surveying and in the civil land development field.

Jonathan Tasset is an architect with 10 years of experience in the field, including project designer documentation, bidding and construction administration.

Boyd Allen is an AutoCAD designer with more than five years of experience working with AutoCAD, creating engineering and architectural drawings.

Education

Kent Kay was named associate vice president for finance at Southwest Missouri State University and will begin his duties June 24. He is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a master's degree from Texas Tech University. He is currently special assistant to the chancellor for the University of Alabama System.

Robert Adkins joined Webster University's Ozarks Regional Campus for the summer term to teach managerial economics. He has a doctorate from the University of Arkansas and a master's degree in business administration from Stanford.

Law

Gary Brewer joined the firm of Daniel, Powell & Kiefer LLC as a full partner and member. He is a former partner with the firms of Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City and Ward & Reeves in Caruthersville. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.

Law enforcement

Troop D will add three new troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol's graduating class. Fifty-four total troopers graduated from the 80th recruit class.

John Faber joins Zone 4 in Taney County. He attended high school in Cassville. Faber was activated as a member of the U.S. armed services after graduation.

Kevin C. Morris joins Zone 5 in Taney County. He graduated from Kirksville High School and has a bachelor's degree in business management from Maryville University in St. Louis.

Samuel D. Carpenter joins Zone 13 in McDonald County. He attended graduated from Joplin High School and attended Missouri Southern State College.

Manufacturing

Gary Aggus has been named president and general manager of Hiland Dairy. He has more than 30 years of experience in the dairy industry and has held the position of assistant general manager and general sales manager at Hiland since 1993. He is responsible for the Springfield plant and manufacturing facilities in Fayetteville and Fort Smith, Ark., Norman and Chandler, Okla., Wichita, Kan., and 26 branch operations throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.

Transportation

Robert Voss has been named national sales manager for Kalyn Siebert, a subsidiary of Heil Trailer International. He is responsible for sales and marketing for the commercial sales division. He has 27 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Waste management

Advantage Waste Services Inc. added two new employees.

Anthony Villano joined the company as a construction roll-off driver and Daniel Prouty joined the company as a commercial route driver. Both will receive two weeks of training in safety and customer service prior to starting their duties.
