Penske Automotive Group Inc. penned a deal to purchase commercial truck dealer Kansas City Freightliner.
Through the deal, Penske expects an additional $450 million in annual revenue. The financial terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
Kansas City Freightliner is joining Penske's Premier Truck Group subsidiary, which has around $2 billion in annual revenue.
