Peloton filed suit against Lululemon after the latter company first threatened a lawsuit.
Lululemon’s claims that five of Peloton's women’s bra and legging products infringe on its design patents are without merit, according to the lawsuit.
The suit comes more than two months after the companies ended a co-branding relationship.
