Peloton disclosed it's facing federal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security and Securities and Exchange Commission.
The investigations involve the company's Tread Plus, which has been hit with consumer warnings over fears it could harm small children or pets.
The company issued a recall for the treadmills in May.
