Pellham Phillips Architects and Engineers is the engineer, architect and interior designer for John Q. Hammons’ Courtyard by Marriott in LaVista, Neb. The 165,800-square-foot project is scheduled for completion in fall 2007. The project, comprising Phase I of a hospitality center in LaVista, has an estimated cost of $23 million.
The Courtyard will have a brick façade with a glass entrance. It will feature a three-story atrium, three spacious meeting rooms, a boardroom, lounge and full-service restaurant.
