Pellham Commercial Realtors opened at 1531 E. Bradford Parkway, Ste. 301, and employs eight staff members. While the firm isn't running full-steam just yet, Pellham said his new venture already has garnered a positive response.
“Everything is going better than expected,” he said. “It's always been my goal to have my own real estate company. We felt like this was the time to step out.”
Pellham previously was a commercial broker at CJR Commercial Group for seven years, where his wife, son and two daughters also worked. His other contributions to the area's development industry include his creation of Pellham-Phillips Architects, which he helped found in 1977, Pellham Development LLC and Pellham and Associates.
The new firm employs Pellham's wife, son and son-in-law. Also on board is daughter Melanie Pellham, who is opening the sales office for Indian Ridge Resort in Branson West. The $1.3 billion resort broke ground Monday.
