Project description: A flagship dealership and primary sales hub is under construction for Pedigree Truck & Trailer Sales, which is an affiliate of Prime Inc. The new facility will feature a structural steel and joist structure, metal stud framing, an exterior insulation and finishing system, metal wall panel exterior and a thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roof. An open-concept interior features customer amenities such as a driver’s lounge with charging stations and entertainment systems, as well as a snack and beverage depot and showers. The architect is GHN Architects Engineers. Engineers are Lee Engineering & Associates LLC, civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; L and C Engineers PLLC (Little Rock, Arkansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Palmerton & Parrish Inc., geotechnical.
