Payless ShoeSource Inc. plans to close all of its roughly 2,300 U.S. stores, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The company is planning to file for bankruptcy for the second time in as many years.
The sources told Reuters Payless is moving forward with bankruptcy plans after failing to find a buyer.
