Paula Deen is cooking again

Posted online
She’s back on the front burner in the world of celebrity chefs. Paula Deen, the embattled restaurateur and former TV personality, has announced plans to open a new restaurant and launch a live cooking tour.

Deen is now backed by private equity firm Najafi Cos. in Paula Deen Ventures. The enterprise is opening a restaurant this summer next to the Dollywood theme park in Tennessee, which is also where her cooking tour will begin.
