The Beatles singer Paul McCartney is suing to get the band's songs back.
McCartney yesterday filed suit against Sony/ATV Music Publishing to regain the rights to Beatles songs he either wrote or co-wrote with John Lennon.

The songs he's seeking include "Yesterday" and "I Want to Hold Your Hand."
