The New England Patriots plan to add $5 million in incentives to quarterback Tom Brady's contract.
The performance-based incentives would add to Brady's current expected take-home pay of $15 million.
Brady, the NFL's reigning Most Valuable Player, turned 41 on Aug. 3 and is entering his 19th season.
