Patagonia sues Nordstrom

Patagonia filed suit against Nordstrom.

The suit alleges Nordstrom sold counterfeit Patagonia clothes at Nordstrom Rack stores.

“We are aware of the lawsuit and take these allegations seriously. We are currently reviewing the matter," a Nordstrom spokesperson said.
