Wisconsin man Troy Haines is suing Southwest Airlines over a 2014 incident in which the airliner landed at the wrong Branson airport.
Haines is seeking $74,999 in the suit, which claims he "was immediately struck with fear and anxiety over potentially crashing" as a passenger in the aircraft.
The plane landed at a shorter runway - the M. Graham Clark Downtown Airport - than Branson Airport, its intended target.
