Passenger dragged off United flight plans legal action

The man dragged off a United Airlines flight in Chicago over the weekend is planning to sue, according to his lawyer.

The passenger, David Dao, suffered a broken nose and a concussion.

"This lawsuit, among other things, hopefully, will create a not just national discussion, but international discussion, on how we're going to be treated going forward," attorney Thomas Demetrio said. "For a long time, airlines, United in particular, have bullied us."
