Party City announced plans this week to hire 20,000 seasonal workers for Halloween.
That's down from 25,000 seasonal hires in the same season of 2019.
The part goods retailer also announced it would open 25 Halloween pop-up stores. That compares with plans for 275 pop-up stores last year.
