Party City faces NYSE delisting

Party City is facing a potential delisting from the New York Stock Exchange.

The NYSE informed the company it's no longer in compliance with listing criteria that requires an average closing share price of at least $1 over a 30-day trading period.

Party City has six months to regain compliance.
