Parson: Refinanced bonds save taxpayers $3M

Gov. Mike Parson announced the state is refinancing a series of bonds.

He said the move would save Missouri taxpayers roughly $3 million.

Parson's office indicated the state has paid down more than $200 million worth of its debt in the past 10 years.
