Parson names new general counsel

Gov. Mike Parson promoted Andrew Bailey to his office's general counsel.

Deputy general counsel for the office since April 2019, Bailey succeeds Chris Limbaugh. The former general counsel was appointed by Parson as associate circuit judge in Cole County earlier this year.

“Andrew has proven himself as a leader and holds valuable legal experience, which has made him a great asset to our office,” Parson said.
