State Sen. Mike Parson, R-Bolivar, reported the most money on hand in the first quarter among local candidates seeking state government positions.
Lieutenant governor
As of March 31, Parson had $1.1 million on hand in his race for the lieutenant governor’s seat, according to the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Springfield personal-injury attorney Brad Bradshaw, a Democrat,
in January ended his campaign for lieutenant governor.
Second behind Parson was Kansas City attorney and fellow Republican Beverly Randles, at $616,013. Russ Carnahan, a former U.S. representative, had $172,584. State Rep. Tommie Pierson, D-St. Louis, reported $11,095. Democratic candidate Winston Apple had the least amount on hand, at $2,485, according to the MEC.

• 134: Elijah Haahr, $106,036; and Angela Pryor, $17.83;
• 135: Steve Helms, $2,257; and Randy Alberhasky, $1,672; and
• 136: Kevin Austin, $53,020; and Jeff Munzinger, $19,299.
