Gov. Mike Parson called lawmakers back to Jefferson City with a new special session.
The session starting Nov. 5 would focus on allocating remaining funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act across the state.
It's the second special session of the year, following the first on crime.
