Gov. Mike Parson yesterday announced nearly $100 million would be issued to K-12 schools.
The funding includes more than $61.5 million in Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act funds. The remainder is from the state's general revenue fund.
Additionally, “$26 million in general revenue will go to higher education, as well as $10 million in CARES Act for private colleges and universities," Parson said.
