Parliament rejects Theresa May's Brexit deal for 2nd time

Members of Parliament rejected U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal for the second time this year.

May said MPs now would vote on whether the U.K. should leave the European Union without a deal. Should that fail, they'd vote on whether to delay Brexit.

"I continue to believe that by far the best outcome is the U.K. leaves the European Union in an orderly fashion with a deal," May said.
