Parler filed an antitrust and breach of contract lawsuit against Amazon.
The messaging app is seeking a temporary restraining order that would block Amazon from removing Parler from its servers.
In implementing the ban, Amazon officials cited instances of users inciting violence on the platform leading up to the Jan. 6 insurrection in Washington, D.C.
