Team USA will play at 7:30 p.m. July 18 at Thompson Field-Meador Softball Complex, 2500 S. Fremont Ave., as part of its Bound 4 Beijing tour.
Three-thousand tickets will go on sale Monday through the Springfield-Greene County Park Board. Tickets can be purchased in person at 8 a.m. at the Park Board offices, 1923 N. Weller Ave., and tickets will become available at noon online at www.parkboard.org or by calling (417) 864-1049.
Tickets range from $5 to $10, depending on location and group size.
The USA Softball team also played an exhibition game in Springfield before the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
