Paramount Skydance President Jeff Shell is exiting his role as president.
Shell has faced a public dispute and legal battle with professional gambler R.J. Cipriani, who alleges Shell owes him $150 million for crisis communication services. Cipriani also alleges that Shell shared confidential information about Paramount Skydance in violation of securities laws, according to Variety.
Shell joined Paramount Skydance in 2024.
