Paramount Global announced the creation of an "office of the CEO" following the exit of CEO Bob Bakish.
The office comprises three division heads at the company: CBS CEO George Cheeks, Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios and Paramount Media Networks CEO Chris McCarthy and Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon CEO Brian Robbins.
“The office of the CEO is working with the board to develop a comprehensive, long-range plan to accelerate growth and develop popular content, materially streamline operations, strengthen the balance sheet and continue to optimize the streaming strategy,” Paramount officials said.
