Paramount completed its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery on Tuesday.
The deal creates a combined company called Skydance. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SKYD.
Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders received roughly $31.02 per share in cash.
