Bates & Associates Architecture is the architect for Paradise Point Resort for Paradise Retreat LLC. Bernard Engineering Co. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the six-story condominium with a parking deck. Security Design Group is the structural engineer. Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor for the project, located at 250 Lakewood Drive on Table Rock Lake. The estimated cost of the condominium and parking garage is $6 million, and the estimated completion date is early summer.
