Panera Bread is seeking a jury trial in a wrongful death lawsuit filed against the company over its caffeinated lemonade.
The suit alleges its "charged lemonade" product led to the death of a University of Pennsylvania student with a heart condition. The suit alleges the lemonade has not been accurately advertised as an energy drink.
Officials with Panera Bread previously have said the death was the result of a pre-existing medical condition.
