Panera Brands has named a new board chair.
Patrick Grismer, former chief financial officer of Starbucks, is taking over as Panera board chair for former Krispy Kreme CEO Michael Tattersfield.
The company also added David Deno, former CEO of Bloomin’ Brands, to the board and appointed him as chair of its audit committee.
