Panera Bread parent company Panera Brands Inc. has hired a new chief financial officer.
Paul Carbone, who has served as CFO of Needham, Massachusetts-based household appliances manufacturer SharkNinja since 2022, is joining Panera in the role.
The current CFO of St. Louis-based Panera Brands, Konrad Meyer, will provide support during a transition period before rejoining the company's board.
