Panera Bread founder dies at 81

Panera Bread founder Ken Rosenthal died Feb. 14. He was 81.

Rosenthal started St. Louis Bread Co., which is known to most customers as Panera Bread, in 1987.

The restaurant chain now has more than 2,200 locations nationwide.
