Pageant co-owners plan new concert venue in STL

The owners of The Pageant in St. Louis’ Delmar Loop plan to open another concert venue next door in the fall.

The $2.5 million, 10,000-square-foot Delmar Hall is set to occupy the building directly east of The Pageant, currently housing Big Shark Bicycle Co. The bicycle shop will move to Richmond Heights in April, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Business partners Joe Edwards and Pat Hagin said the 800-person capacity venue would serve a mid-size market similar to former Laclede Landing venue Mississippi Nights, which was managed by Hagin.
