Pabst Brewing Co. subsidiary Irwindale Brew Yard finalized the purchase of a shuttered brewery site.
Molson Coors sold the facility in Irwindale, California, that previously produced brands such as Miller Lite and Coors Light.
Molson Coors announced the closure in January, with production to cease by September. At the time, it revealed a $150 million purchase agreement for the site with Pabst.
Irwindale Brew Yard is planning to get the site back up and running as a brewery.
