Springfield nonprofit Ozarks Food Harvest has selected four new officers for its board of directors comprising businesspeople from separate industries.
Todd Sherman of Kraft Foods Inc., former vice president of the board, was named president; Mike Pinkston of Bank of America, former treasurer of the board, was named president-elect; Kenny Ross of Morelock-Ross Builders became the board's secretary; and Joy Ward of KPM CPAs was selected as treasurer, according to a March 29 news release from Ozarks Food Harvest.
They will serve two-year terms.
During the meeting, the board honored Bob Lawson Jr. of BKD LLP, past president of the board, for 10 years of service. He will remain on the board. The group also honored Denise LeBolt of Clear Channel Radio for more than a decade of work for the board, the release said.
Other board members are Tamara de Wild of O’Reilly Automotive Inc.; Jim Guthrie of Prime Inc.; Kirk Hay of Jack Henry & Associates; Mike Mattson of Guaranty Bank; Matt Miller of Sustainable Housing Solutions; Gary Naab of General Mills, retired; Dr. Meera Scarrow of Mercy Hospital Springfield; Jeff Tynes of Springfield Grocer Co.; Chad Young of Cameron Insurance; and James Young of Bus Andrews Equipment Inc., according to Ozarks Food Harvest spokeswoman Lindsey Neddenriep.
