Posted online
Two Ozarks companies partnered for the Nov. 30 opening of a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Manhattan, Kan.

Branson-based real estate development and construction management company HCW LLC partnered with the city of Manhattan to open the $28 million hotel, convention center and parking garage. Springfield-based architect Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. designed the architectural and structural engineering documents for the hotel and hotel landscape, the conference center and the parking garage, according to a news release from the firm.

The four-story, 87,214-square-foot Hilton includes an indoor pool, fitness center, full-service restaurant and glass-enclosed lobby. It connects to the 33,835-square-foot conference center as well as the parking garage.

The project represents the second Hilton Garden Inn completed by BRP. The other was in Evansville, Ind., in August 2008 for Dunn Hospitality Group.

BRP also has partnered with HCW on Branson Hills, Branson Landing North Development, Hampton Inn & Suites Branson Hills, Level 2 Steakhouse at the Branson Hilton, Payne Stewart Golf Club and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Scottsdale, Ariz., according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
