The former chief financial officer of Integrity Home Care has been hired as vice president of finance and CFO of Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Co.

Michelle Heidt, who started the new position Oct. 22, succeeds 26-year employee Martin Meyers, who is retiring, said Kristie Hill, executive assistant to President John Schaefer at Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Co.

Hill said Meyers plans to stay on through 2013 to train Heidt for the position.

Heidt, who could not be reached for comment by deadline, had been employed by Integrity Home Care since 2005 and was among Springfield Business Journal's 2011 class of 40 Under 40.

Paul Reinert, treasurer and co-owner of Integrity, said he is serving as interim CFO of the company.
