Located on Cherry Street east at Pearson Creek, this project for owner Neal Wood is a new gated community. Chris Holland, PE, is the project engineer and R&H and Accurate Excavating are the contractors.
Financed by Signature Bank, Pearson Pointe has an executive three-hole golf course, 29 spacious lots up to one acre and is located east of Springfield amid the rolling hills of Pearson Creek.
Pearson Pointe is one of several gated communities that Ozark Moun-tain Land Surveying Inc. has designed and engineered, and small, private gated communities have become very popular in the area. The company now is working on a design for the old Siler's Golf Course.
