Steve Cash, a founder of The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, died at age 73.

An announcement from his band pointed to a long-standing illness.

Cash is credited with co-writing Ozark Mountain Daredevils hits such as “Jackie Blue” and “If You Want To Get To Heaven."
