Ozark Mountain Consultants Engineers & Surveyors Inc. is providing civil engineering and land surveying for the infrastructure design of Cloud Niner LLC’s Perfect Landing Air Park development just north of Marshfield off Interstate 44. The development comprises a 326-acre residential subdivision that will surround a new 5,000-foot-long airport runway. Within the development, about 90 one- to two-acre lots will have direct runway access with private taxiways to the individual lots. The proposed development will be gated and privately maintained. Plans call for a private restaurant at the airport, an equestrian center, trails, lakes and a small commercial area for aviation-related businesses. Ozark Mountain Consultants also is providing design services for water and wastewater supply and distribution and treatment systems, transportation systems, stormwater management and flood control. Mike Beaty, PE, of Ozark Mountain Consultants is project engineer, with Mary Shafer, EIT.
