A staff member at Ozark Correctional Center in Fordland tested positive for COVID-19, officials with the prison confirmed.
The worker remains in quarantine at home, the officials said. The prison is implementing safety features, including the use of face masks, they said.
The Ozark Correctional Center is roughly 30 miles east of Springfield.
