Springfield-based private aviation and charter provider OzAir Charter Service has received clearance from the Federal Aviation Administration to add Hawaii flights.
With the FAA approval, OzAir can now do charter business in all 50 states, according to a news release. OzAir, which operates under the banner of Burgess Aircraft Management LLC, is based at the Springfield-Branson National Airport.
"This approval represents an important step forward for OzAir and for the clients who trust us with their travel,” owner Mark Burgess said in the release. “It expands what we can do today, and it also sets the foundation for longer missions and future international opportunities as we continue to grow."
OzAir manages seven aircraft and has 25 employees, said Monica Henderson, the company's executive assistant. While Burgess declined to disclose figures, he said via email that company revenue rose by nearly 11% in 2025 compared with 2024.
OzAir was founded in 2007, according to Springfield Business Journal archives.
