The owners of Country Club Plaza in Kansas City have defaulted on nearly $300 million in debt.
The owners, Taubman Centers and The Macerich Co., defaulted on an acquisition loan, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
The owners reportedly are in negotiations on the debt's terms.
