Project description: This project converts a motel into 63 studio units of workforce housing featuring upgraded interior finishes and fixtures. Each unit will include new flooring and wall materials plus new bathrooms and a small kitchenette area, project officials say. Site amenities will include a swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor pavilion. The project architect is H Design Group LLC, and CJD Engineering LLP is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer.
