The Ozarks Transportation Organization will hold its first meeting 4:30–6:30 tonight at the Nixa Community Center, 701 N. Taylor Way. There, organization members will provide details of the Long Range Transportation Plan that covers projects for the next 25 years.
Other meetings are scheduled at 4:30 p.m. March 28 at Ozark City Hall, March 30 at the Mid-Town Carnegie Branch Library, April 11 at the Library Center, April 13 at the Willard Recreational Center and April 18 at the Republic Community Center.
The public review period ends April 20, prior to the organization’s board meeting at noon at the Busch Municipal Building in Springfield.
Copies of the long-range plan also are available for review at the organization’s offices at the Busch Municipal Building and city halls of Ozark, Willard, Nixa, Republic, Strafford and Battlefield.
