The new trustees are J. Howard Fisk, owner of J. Howard Fisk Limousine Co., and Dr. Maryellen Stratmann, a former nuclear radiologist, according to an OTC news release. They both have been elected to serve a six-year term.
Fisk and Stratmann will replace Don Wessel and Frank Farmer, who both have held positions on the board since OTC’s 1990 inception. Both also have served as board president.
The swearing-in ceremony for the new members will be held at 3 p.m. during the board’s monthly meeting in Information Commons on the Springfield campus, 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway. A reception for the outgoing members will be held after the meeting at 4 p.m. in Information Commons West Room 100.
