The Wisconsin-based boat manufacturer, which has a Camdenton office, will lease space at the former West Plains Veterinary Supply building, 614 N. Washington building off of Chestnut Expressway, through OTC, which leases the building through an undisclosed owner. Agreement terms were not immediately available.
OTC will coordinate and conduct training on an as-needed basis at the facility with Mercury Marine employees, who will provide and maintain all equipment.
Remaining space at the North Washington building will be used for leadership and management training, specialized welding training and the school’s Construction Readiness program, set to debut May 23. That program will teach introductory skills to students preparing to enter the construction industry; enrollment ends May 16.
