Walton Construction is the general contractor for the Life Sciences and Technology Center, the first building for OTC’s south campus in Ozark. Hagerman New Urbanism is the architect and interior designer for the project. Engineers are LaRose & Schober, Allstate Consultants and Anderson Engineering Inc.

The estimated cost of the 59,000-square-foot facility is $9.5 million. The center will include classrooms, offices and labs, and the estimated completion date is December 2007.
